If you want to return an item please call our contact centre within 14 days (for all contact details please see our contact us page). If you are returning a product because it is faulty or something is wrong then we will pay for the return of the items and will normally arrange for them to be collected from you. If you are returning a product because you have changed your mind then you will normally have to pay for the return including any restocking charges.
Faulty items will be replaced if stock is available or will be refunded. If your order is considered a bespoke order (i.e. if the length is smaller than the width, or the vinyl is cut into a specific length), then we cannot accept a cancellation of contract. As the product was made for you specifically, your statutory rights by law to cancel do not apply.
