Depending upon when the order is received and our stock levels, we will normally dispatch orders the same day. Orders are then shipped via Parcelforce, we will provide you with a one hour delivery window so that you don't have to wait in all day for your delivery. Once dispatched delivery to mainland UK is normally 2-3 working days.

Please check all orders for damage when you receive them, and sign for them and mark as damaged if necessary. Please also add a comment when signing about the nature of the damage. If you do not do this then we cannot pursue any claim with the courier or offer any refunds.
